Poor Service and Unfair Contract

Beware - homeowners!!! I'm in the process of pursuing a lawsuit (most likely a class lawsuit) against this company for the following reasons: no direct access to headquarters office, intentionally made it difficult for customers to escalate issues, no response, i.E. Not even a confirmation of customer's communication, coercion of signing their payback contract without any alternatives, unfair practices, etc. I could go on and on... Colonial Home Warranty even went out of their way to filter the comments by disallowing specific customers (including myself) to post comments that are honest but not to the company%u2019s liking since it speaks about the truth%u2026 I am a consumer advocate and will continue to warn consumers and realtors about the worst ever service from a company. Consumers %u2013 you may want to consider First American Warranty or other more reputable companies%u2026.
