I had a computer and a stereo shelf system on layaway for several months. I sent in well over $100. For the items. I decided to not follow through with the layaway due to the fact I needed my money back and I have read several reports on this company that I didn't like. I don't feel the items are worth the money I am sending in including the credit voucher I received. I do not see it stated on any documentation I have that they have a no refund policy on layaways. I called and told them I wanted to cancel the layaway and have my money refunded to me. The girl I spoke with said they don't do that and all she could do was send me a catalog so I could use the money towards another item. I told her I didn't want to do that but that didn't get anywhere with her. Basically, I have not heard from them in several months not even a bill for the layaway which I would usually get. I feel ignored and ripped off. They haven't even sent me another catalog like she said. I feel as if they are brushing this under the carpet and hoping I will just go away.
