I called and ordered the introductory kit for $39.95. At the time I ordered the rep was explaining this auto-delivery of $40 a month. I specifically told her I did not want to be put on this plan; I waned to try the prodluct first. I explained I was on a fixed income and could not afford any surprises with any withdrawals to my checking account. I tried the product, didn't see any results, called the rep and told her I needed to return the kit. I also told her not to send any more kits. Before I could mail back this kit, they sent me a 3-month kit and charged my checking account $48.91. I sent both kits back, insured them, and in the meantime, they charge my account a third time. They did refund me once for $39.95, but I am still waiting to be refunded for the other 2 payments on the three month kit. It has been weeks since I mailed the latest kit back. Where is my money. These two charges have shorted my account so badly, i had to borrow money to pick up a presription I needed filled. How are these agents trained? Are they told not to take no for an answer?
