Website ordering was defective - kept kicking me out until finally after 3 times BUT then it created 3 orders that I was charged for. After one month that should have cost $39.95 - I wound up with 6 p

Tried to order their 30-day introductory skin care system - their website kept knocking me out. After the 3rd try I ordered it. I then received 3 boxes within 4 days - thought it was the next 90-day supply that they talked about and decided I would cancel the subscription as they should not have sent that immediately. Then I received 3 packages of 90-day supply each and called immediately. I called and was told that I had created 3 accounts when I initially tried to order - there was not way to know that - no confirmations.

I was told that since I opened package (didn't open product just opened box to see what was in there) that I would have to pay return shipping. So - because I ordered one 30-day intro for $39.95... I was charged $275 in less than a month. Customer service was rude and did not acknowledge that it was their website's ordering process that caused the problem - they should have covered the return shipping since it was their website flaw. Not a good company - not good customer service.
