I've been trying to submit an order online for almost 2 weeks now. Their website was down and I called their reps who kept telling me (day after day) to call back in a couple of hours. Finally one of the reps helped me place the order over the phone. I received an email confirming my order but never received notification that it was shipped. I called back only to find that my order had been cancelled. I requested to speak with the rep's supervisor and after waiting on the phone for almost 1 hour, the supervisor told me that the order had not been cancelled; it was still in pending status. I'm still waiting for the order to be shipped.
