I'd previously created a scheduled appointment for July 24th at midday weeks ahead of time. I named the night before at 8:21 pm to stop because of family problems. The woman who responded the telephone stated it'd not be considered a difficulty and undoubtedly I wouldnt be billed since I ended significantly more than three hours ahead of time.
Fastforward towards the 24th. At 12:07 pm I obtained a voicemail saying that I missed my visit. Really? I called back and described that I talked with somebody the night time before and ended my visit. They asked if I understood who I talked with. Nooooo... I didnt focus on her title.
