I was originally suspicious about this company because it seemed too good to be true, but my first order was good. Product was original and dispatched quickly. However my second order, which was substantially larger, appears to have been lost.in the confirmation email that they sent to me, they claimed to have sent the parcel by Royal Mail (GB) but Royal Mail say they have not received it into their system. I tried to telephone Fragrancenet to find out what is going on but can only get "number not recognised" response. Four emails have been returned to me as "non deliverable". Where do I go from here? I am £200 out of pocket. Does the Company still exist?
