Good day

I purchased a L’Oreal mascara (Lash Architect 4D) which cost me R139.95. It’s the first time I’m using it and it’s not what I expected. I don’t know if its suppose to have a product stopper but if I apply it to my lashes I clumps my lashes and it really looks untidy. I’m very disappointed as I spend such a lot on money on it.
