I took the time out of my schedule to purchase mascara for my thin lashes. So many products to chose from; I selected Double Extend lash fortifier & extender. I took my time to compare products, potential results and prices. Step one, the extender was completely dried out. I rubbed the brush on my lashes but I did not see anything. I then rubbed the brush on the back of my hand just to make sure. It was hard as a rock. Step two the magnifier was not as bad. However, the brush would not get fully coated after reinserting it several times. This was a total waste of my time. It aggravates me that a company such as L’Oreal would allow a product to be sold in this condition. The condition of this mascara tells me, your customer, that L’Oreal is more concerned about turning a profit. No one gave me this mascara and it was not on sale. I purchased this product.
