L'oreal creme gloss color, WRONG color ruined hair - L'oreal healthy look creme gloss colo

I purchase this creme gloss so called healthy amonia free hair color. First of all I chose Light Auburn and my hair was already a very light brown. It turned out BLACK!!! Now 2 weeks later it is still running out pink in the shower and my hair has started breaking! I am so disgusted, they should be sued!!
