I bought some dior mascara for occassional use, recommened by a friend in aug, few wks later i got a reaction in which my lids became swollen and sore and i had to go the hospital to get some steriod eye drops. I have never had a problem with makeup before and thinking it was something else i started using the mascara again and this time i got a reaction within 24hrs of use. I am an optometrist and know what can cause reactions to the eyes, and was very suprised with what happened esp when there was no warning sign on the packaging.
