I purchased a voucher from Groupon for a skin treatment, only to have the worst possible experience from Acculaser. I have waited 4 months to redeem my voucher and the lady at Acculaser has cancelled my appointments twice and has now refused to honour the voucher at all. She says both cancellations were due to her illness and injuries but on one occasion gave me one hours notice. I complained to her and received a highly rude response and was shouted at. She has told me in no uncertain terms, she's not giving the treatment and to pursue a refund through Groupon!
