Yup, I have the same problem. I was furious. They sent me a product and charged me $82. All i wanted were the sample products to see if they worked. No communications were ever established by phone or email on whether i liked these products or not, did i want more. They just charged my credit card and sent it without consent or even notifying me. That's not very good service at all.
The rep said she'd close my acct and reimburse me, what she didn't say was whose responsible for paying return shipping costs. So don't open your package and just Return to Sender.
