Where do i start? The dog owner goldie is extremely rude, unprofessional, the entire timei got my hair done she was referring to her team, her customers, previous workers and none of it had been great. I really could not think my ears that she'd not a problem bashing each one of these individuals she doesnt understand who I'm or easily understood the people was was referring to.in my own lifetime I've never-seen or noticed such malious rumors whether accurate or untue its in really poor style. Onto my hair after rudely being informed Goldie is really wonderful that I have to create a scheduled appointment 3weeks ahead of time easily needed her though she'd a woman who are able to do my hair. And so I went with Kayla who had been really nice although not experienced enough and thus she questioned Miss Goldie what items to make use of and after being informed how to proceed she proceeded to complete my hair. Whoa terms cant show how terrible it arrived. Our hair continues to be actually splitting off everytime i clean it, and my head has burns in the entrance towards the back and that I don't fault Kayla I place complete fault on Miss Goldie, when i returned a couple of days later to determine just how to repair it Skip Golldie turned really unpleasant and intense and didn't actually provide to shade it backor anything and was reluctant to complete something to solve the issue except she explained that Kayla isn't prepared to do hi lites and he or she wants more exercise what type of chef does this? And thus after fighting t / her highness she ostensibly thru cash at me and virtually pulled me out the doorway even while there have been individuals within the salon. I had been but still am shocked at how I had been handled. I dont care how fantastic Goldie is i dont care if she provided me a complete makeover free of charge I'll never move base for the reason that store again and that I wish this can help many people from producing exactly the same error i did. Please DON'T actually get there.
