I often visit another Western salon but I needed to test anything cheaper and that I visited Hair By Tommy found on Dillingham Blvd. What I mistake I created! After I named to plan the appt he explained his cost is $110, he didn't declare it *starts* @ $110. I lay down and he examined my hair and added on another $110 stating my hair is heavy and lengthy, my hair is just several inches past my shoulders. Another salon I visited billed my only $20 for answer and my hair was nearly past my bottom. He did my hair as well as in the meantime he burned my head, he doesn't understand how to flat iron since he held burning me, and he got water in my own ears. A couple of days after I did so the perm I cleaned my hair as focused and my hair continues to be UGLY. The entire reason for obtaining the perm was therefore correct my hair and that I was really unhappy. I named him to allow him understand my hair continues to be not totally directly and returned to re do my hair free of charge. But he nevertheless just did a portion of my mind, he didn't re do my whole hair. He's rip off and he's poor body odor. Don't visit hair by tommy, he's a rip off!
