It was not explained to me that I would be put on an auto ship program by ordering the free sample... Even after I asked " am I committing to any future purchases?" Now my bank account has been charged $80 on a Sunday overdrawing my account and your customer service line is conveniently closed! This is unprofessional and frustrating! I would not buy this product even if I liked it, which I don't.
