Dear to whom it may concern, as usual I bought my Vichy Dercos Hairgrow Aminexil SP94 pack. The part of the pip which breaks the seal of each vial deteriorated and part of it broke not allowing me to use the rest of the vials. I've been a customer for three years now and nothing like this ever happened, thus in this case I'm asking for a reimbursement or replacement of my pack. Thanks.
