Since 1988 we've loved our Sundance Club without having any significant issues. Nevertheless 3 months previously the contact for that inside light broke down. Being that people have depended about the company’s approved technician previously; we again went with Sundance's suggestion and approached Hydro Schools (Canoga Park, CA). I named and talked to Bob and told him exactly what the fix was; offered him the entire year and design. He explained he'd purchase the component and contact me when it came subsequently put up a scheduled appointment for that fix. After fourteen days I examined about the component standing; Bob explained it had been not in. Again I examined the week after that and also the week next. I had been receiving no-where with this particular organization. I subsequently named Sundanceis customer support and talked to Mindy (at expansion 3012) and described the problem to her. She examined to determine when the component was actually requested from Hydro Schools, which it'd not. She stated that she'd named them to discover that which was occurring. After talking with them she named me back and stated that I'd be obtaining a phone from Chris who worked at Hydro Schools. A few times later he ultimately named and stated that he didn't understand why the component wasn't purchase and might consider it; and might contact me when it came. Again I waited with no calls. Through the entire Summertime I've been returning in forth between Mindy and Chris without any benefits. Lastly on roughly August 17th Mindy named and quit a note for me personally wondering easily the club was fixed. At that time my boy told her that I had been on holiday. After I delivered on July 18th I named and he or she wasn't there (out ill). I named her again on July 19th and again June 22nd. I still didn't achieve her. On August 23rd I obtained a phone from Chris and he explained that the Pete Ramirez have been looking to get your hands on me to setup the fix; which this Pete had the repair components. Chris explained this Pete have been attempting to telephone me to setup a scheduled appointment. But no communications were left or no calls got in. I've AT&T U Verse with a phone background and nothing turned up. Chris gave me this Pete’s telephone number to contact. The moment I acquired off the telephone with Chris I named Pete. Pete explained he might come by that evening between 4 – 6 pm, but might contact first to I would like to realize that he was on his approach. And so I changed my ideas and waited.By 6 pm Pete hadn't turned up or named. At 6:35 pm Pete turns up at my door. After checking my club he describes he required a unique tool to make the journey to the lighting installation and he'd need to purchase this unique device. Pete explained he might make the fix on Sunday, August 27th. Pete explained he'd contact simply to verify the visit on Friday. Friday comes with no phone from Pete. Friday I contact him and he informs me the component hasn't are available in and might contact me. Per week passes with no phone from Pete; therefore the following Friday (June 9th) I contact Pete. However no device. So today it’s another week. Oh and incidentally Chris cited me a charge of $80.00 each hour for that fix that will consider 2 hours, as well as the component for $75.00; to get a whole of $235.00. Pete turned up and estimates me $250.00 for that fix and $75.00 for that component; which makes it an overall total of $325.00. Pete today informs me the engine needs to be eliminated to correct the lighting. At this time I’m a little dubious concerning the entire cost issue. If Chris is from a certified repair heart might he not realize that the engine needed to be eliminated to make the journey to the lighting fix. Or is Pete only stiffing me. At this time I don't understand. What I actually do understand is the fact that I relied on Sundance to remain behind their item and also to assist whenever a challenge got up. I anticipated Mindy to check out up, but she doesn't return calls. I anticipated the approved repair middle to check out through, obtain the components and create the repairs in a reasonable fashion.in my opinion that Chris handed the dollar and offered this Pete the task; which Chris didn't wish to cope with it. This Pete’s business-card doesn't have something onto it to claim that he's a certified Sundance fix individual or he is certified. I actually do realize that my club continues to be emptied for 3 months which I've not had the opportunity to savor it. Is that this in whatever way to remain behind who Sundance has for fix individuals? I'm at wits end regarding ways to get somebody out below to correct my club. I'd enjoy an answer and sometimes even assist regarding ways to get my club fixed.
