Damaged Goods

I requested 3 products totaling up over $4,000. Among the products was a spillover spa. While their 3 celebration shipping organization attempted to provide the things the club did not fit-out the back of the vehicle, so that they required all products back. More than 2 weeks later I eventually got them to re-provide the things on the vehicle that may manage the shipping. After I got the spa off the vehicle and in to the storage I observed another 2 items which I bought were resting in water within the club. The containers were ruined and so I instantly named National Pool Suppliers and after talking to many people I eventually got the individual that addresses these circumstances about the telephone and sent him images. Which was 2 weeks ago. They're still returning and forth using the delivery organization that sent the things seeking them to set up a state about the cargo. Obtaining resistance from their store, they've not created great about the products yet. Altogether I bought these items in March and we're today in July with all of the issues in the preliminary shipping endeavor and today broken products, they nevertheless haven't created good-and haven't actually attempted to provide something for that screw-up and incovienence. I've been individual, but appears like they're not prepared to deliver me out 2 new products, not broken. I eventually exposed the containers to locate issues still-wet and delivered them more images, but nonetheless nothing. Not really a call-back. I contact virtually daily and also to obtain a supervisor about the telephone is much like pulling teeth plus they NEVER call-back or manage the problem available. I purchased these things from them plus they must recognize that and change them. Not string me along 4 weeks later. I've today named my creditcard to disbute the cost, however in the finish till that's solved, I've to hold back without items that function. Don't purchase anything from these folks! They'll not recognize it, or react to any problems you might have using the items!!!
