I went to the smartstyle hair salon yesterday (030811) to get my sons hair cut, after signing in and seating ourselves the stylist came over and stated that it would be approximateley 30 minutes before she could get to us as the other stylist had left work an hour early and she was alone and dyeing someones hair. This is the third time that similar events have happened to me, on the last event the stylist stated that the office didn't take into account the influx of customers due to an extended student break from school as their work schedules are computer generated and go by the day of week rather than having a "manager" actually scheduling. This is extremely annoying and unacceptable especially considereing the prices that are charged - they ain't cheap!!! This is suppose to be a SUPER-CENTER.
