Our 17-year old child desired to consider my additional 2 kids 12 and 5 to possess their hair-cut. They introduced the 17-year old and 5 yr-old back. The 5 yr-old evidently had lice. The assistant informed my 12-year old that she and also the 5yr old had a need to proceed outside and delay. It had been pouring and chilly outside. Our 17 yr-old was never informed these were waiting outside. After I named to keep in touch with the salon the assistant stated she didnt inform the 17 yr-old. After I talked towards the supervisor Celebrity about having my 2 children wait outside on their own she stated she believed the 12-year old was the 5 year olds mom. She stated she could not possess the 5 yr-old within the salon. I am aware that lice is just a severe scenario but therefore is departing 2 children standing outside in the torrential rain. The salon created no try to guarantee their security. They didn't inform the 17 yr-old there is an issue which may have permitted her to create arrangements or abandon the service. Celebrity's clarification was she didnt understand these were together and again that she doesnt understand ages which the 12 yr-old couldn't perhaps function as the 5yr olds mom. The assistant obviously understood the situation and did nothing to correct the problem. They might have set a plastic limit within the 5 year olds mind or in the minimum allow the 17 yr-old understand what was happening and provided her the choice to come back later. They did neither of those issues. Celebrity was really rude and maintained saying she was just following a health ordinance. The amenities neglect for that safety and health of my kids is horrible.
