I bought this product also it was not a great item. I bought the warranty but i attempted to come back it withing thirty days however they explained I've to cope with the produce. I waited annually and visited among the sally shops and talked with among the workers and he explained I really could contact the warranty quantity with sallyis plus they might provide me something special card for that quantity i bought. I named plus they explained that anything would need to be wrong using the item. Sallyis has got the toughest customer support and that I WOn't store there again.
