Bought a christmas gift for partner. He received the same gift from another general. Not able to find bill. Just wanted to switch or store credit. The store manager was very rude and pointed to some signal hidden in a large part about no exchanes or refunds for electrical acquisitions. I described the sealed package hadn't been tampered with or exposed. She said that occasionally corporate allows exchanges and refunds after the holiday season but this yuletide 2010 they'ven't launched the okay to do this. Sally's isn't customer support pleasant. If you shop there know if you go out the door that is it!!! I work hard for my money. Easilyam purchasing a gift which person wants to switch they must be able to. I will never store there again!!!
