As we discussed, I no longer wished to proceed with purchase #1733. Therefore, please refund my monies to my Paypal account. I do not understand why you ceased to respond to my inquiries regarding this matter. It is poor business practice and creates an unsatisfying customer experience - which contradicts everything you've posted on your website. Prompt attention to this matter, would be greatly appreciated.
