We buy annually the present year Valuable Snow Gem produced by Swarovski. We suspend them in a unique screen about the east-side of our house (from the catch). This screen gets just morning hours sunlight as our patio reaches the east. Upon calling Swarovski about that, they stated there's nothing they are able to do to repair these items simply because they have discovered the stick doesn't endure in delivery and since the items are memorabilia they don't continue palm or are able to afford to locate and go back to us.
I wonder how Swarovski may send almost all their deposits to shops who market their items when they can't email someone to me. I'm so dissatisfied within their support that I'll no further buy their snow-flakes or every other items for instance.
