My partner bought my wedding collection from Hurst Fine Diamonds in 1999. Within the weekend, the middle rock dropped out and we were not able to locate it. We got the band in because it is assume to truly have a lifetime guarantee. Hurst stated that since their computer program "failed" they no further have any info on our purchase or about the assessments which were completed. We could give them the evaluation paperwork that they do available. Which wasnot adequate to show something plus they declined to help us. We named the VP for Hurst and talked straight to him. He wasn't useful but excessively rude! We got the band to 2 additional dealers to determine what it'd charge to get a new stone. We discovered they did not place in a. 50 kt diamond-like they stated they offered us. They really place in an inferior stone of. 21 kt. We did not understand that at that time once we are not acquainted with the various dimensions or designs. Whenever we asked Hurst and also the VP about this, they happened over their phrases and attempted to return up with a few reason behind this. We're considering obtaining our lawyer concerned. Please don't purchase something out of this organization. They're criminals!
