On march 12 I named 1-866-426-1931 and have to get a termination of items, Acai Berries and Sophisticated Clean. I had been provided the next termination number #1181934 and particularly request "is there other things I have to do to stop my free trial offer of Acai Berries and Advanced Clean items, " and that I was informed by Michelle, a consultant of Acai Berries/Advanced Clean "NO" my account was terminated.
On march 19 I had been billed $171.31 for items I never obtained.
I called and delivered emails to obtain a reimbursement on the basis of the info mentioned above and that I was informed, "Upon researching your reimbursement request the merchandise Progress Clean, we've unearthed that your consideration stayed available beyond the test period. Because of this, you've been billed for that Yearly Membership Charge as-is explained inside the Conditions and Terms (T&D)."
