Orderd a $. 99 test item that we have received.
When checking my banking account i recognized the organization
Billed my account another $149.95 plus $4.50 for that item i did so not purchase, don't need, and also have not received. After i contact the amount supplied by my bank to protest, i obtain nowhere, possibly placed on hold with no one replies after 45 minute. Or told to leave information. I'd like my money refunded. Any ideas.
