I orderd a $. 99 container of acaia berry item that we obtained. A few days later observed a demand of $149.95 along with a demand of $4.50 charge for the same item that we didn't purchase, didn't receive, nor need. When contacting my bank about cost the website they gave me was pureberryshelp.com. After i contact the phone number to try and resolve the problem, i possibly receive no solution, placed on hold, or am told to go away a note. I'd like my money delivered. Any suggestions
