Refund of my order for Kymaro body shape

I ordered back in March. Product did not fit around my shoulders it was way to big and I gave my correct size so I sent back within 30 days. Customer service said they didnt recieve within 30 days all I could do was exchange and she was supposed to send me a paper to sign but I have yet to recieve it. Now it July 9th and I am out my money. I want a full refund at this point!!!
