I use wigs to get a medical cause so when Wigs.com delivered me out a humar hair wig which was falling apart, hair receding without actually pressing it, I'd a guarantee about the wig for 3 months so when I named them-they stated the guarantee didnot affect that wig, despite the fact that the guarantee card arrived within the container, they stated it was all my problem, and so I approached Dicks Mastercard plus they stated deliver a notice having a postal reciept that we did, I waited 2 weeks and not noticed an answer, I called and so they said they never received it, I stated I'd shipping confirmation they did plus they simply stated sorry, would you deliver it again, and so I did. Lastly after waiting 6 more months to get a reaction, they delivered me a notice that mentioned sorry, that organization does not provide discounts - WTF - No joking-thats why I had been looking to get a charge-back - Duh - We've invested more than 50,000 on that card plus they cannot back me-up for 1 delivered purchase?
