I ordered my free trial and immediatly got an email thanking me for my membership. Realizing I'd made a mistake, I called to cancel. They said I'd have to return the product and it would have to be processed before the 14 day period was over. I sent it back two days after receiving it. They received it in the mail two days before the 14 day period was over. They processed it seven days later and charged me $60!! How do people get away with this???
