Charges on credit card that were not authorized

I obtained the merchandise and costs without putting an order. I'm informed from the charge card organization this item is associated with another organization (Maxcolon) that I did so requested. I named reported, terminated any more deliveries and delivered the merchandise per their directions. I've $183.42 if costs on my charge card statement. I've submitted a with my lender. It's difficult to obtain to their telephone and also the mail details don't function. Today the web site is turn off.
