Won't return money

I requested the test product, obtained a telephone call later declaring I really couldnot purchase 2 free trial offer presents and so I wouldn't be getting the product. They charged my banking account 3.95 for delivery and 83.68 for anything I never obtained. They'll not return my cash plus they charge me over 105.00 in bounced ck costs. I'd like all of the money-they required as well as the returned ck costs
