I keep getting charged for a cancelled product and your customer service agents are very annoying and uneducated about the product or of any real customer service. If you believe in a gr8t product you should hire customer service teams for your company that know it's a gr8t product instead of being cheap and outsourcing.
It's common service now a days so I don't care if you decide not to back your company with excellent service.
All I want is my $ back!
