Fraudalent Billing and advertising

I paid-for and obtained the test container and didn't subscribe to automated potential payment. I obtained another container and was charged 87.13 - that container was delivered. They declined to credit me after I named and so I named my charge card business and explalined. They claimed they eliminated the cost. I've not obtained another container, nevertheless, I've been billed 87.13 once more.
