Clients beware! I purchased from Greatest of Period (BestofTime.com) simply because they had an expert site but be careful! Best of Period is clearly Continuous Diamonds (PerpetualDiamonds.com), aka Alex Jewelry, Simply perform a google for Continuous Diamonds or visit PerpetualDiamonds.com and you will observe that the websites would be the same.
I purchased two watches from their store in middle- August. I named the middle-Sept to check on the standing, and was informed that there have been a 2 to 3 week wait, but the watches might deliver early within the 2nd week of March and that I must have them no later compared to start of the following week.
No watches came, and so I called back at the conclusion of this week, and was informed again, two week wait. Frustrated, but okay - I understand that delivery could be difficult sometimes. Therefore two more months pass, and that I named to check on the standing of the purchase, and was informed (again) that there is still another 2 to 3 week wait.
I also had issues receiving to their customer support point, and so I named the toll free purchase quantity to obtain the standing of my purchase every time. The client support point is possibly hectic, or bands to a voice-mail program, declaring that their regular office hours are 'x to x' - peculiar factor was, I was phoning between 'x and x'.
Atleast some positive customer support could be useful. Why am I needing to contact them to obtain the order position? How difficult is it to send a contact to everybody that has requested 'x' design, and let them know there is a wait? Luckily, they wont cost your card till they deliver the item, therefore atleast that you don't need to combat that fight.
It Is A disgrace, truly - they appear to concentrate more on marketing and promoting their items than they are doing about the satisfaction of the purchases. Never again - there are many of businesses available that market watches - you should not proceed coping with the corporation.
It's now been almost a few months, no watches with no money back. Itis humorous after I contact they usually claim they deliver 2000 watches annually and also have 20 workers but itis usually exactly the same 2 individuals addressing the telephone. I am just starting to believe it is a 2-individual web Rolex fraud.
In the end, I never noticed their site this past year. When did they actually develop it?
I submitted a study using the BBB and since have bought my fresh view from Swiss-Arm at http://www.swiss-wrist.com
