Don't think this Niki individual-she/he's some kind of play-book with the correct solutions to inform you-but doesn't provide. I acquired my view from their store in a non-functioning condition. Delivered it back plus they delivered the view in worse situation, again I delivered the view and today they declare the components are on back-order - I requested them to displace the view - they decline. It has been happening for more than 4 weeks today plus they keep wondering ME to become patient. Niki usually emails and reacts to these community criticism panels with "when there is an issue e-mail blah, blah, blah... And we shall correct this". Again I let you know - nothing gets completed - they get forever to react to emails and not do once they claim they'll possess a answer from the end-of the week or evening. I've to express - their watches are good but when anything is incorrect - you're ostensibly by yourself. And Niki - simply comes with an response to the issue but never really gets something accomplished.
