Ladies Watch Bought 45 days before "exchange period"

I used a lot of cash with this particular organization. I puchased a wrist watch three years before and that I absolutley, think it's great! Well, 12 months later, regretfully, I dropped it. I saved my cash for 1 total year, so that as a "objective" I needed to purchase exactly the same actual view. Well I DID SO.in November. I furthermore, invested much extra, for that corresponding "GIRLS" view, for my partner. I gave it to her at Holiday. She was amazed, but she preferred another one provided in the same organization, same cost, only a distinct design. OUR PROBLEM IS: The " stated" policy states, one month trade plan. The organization won't contact me back again to assist me by any means. It upsets me, since I can not use brain without damaging her emotions. All I'd like would be to echange it and assist with helping me with "just how to get it done"? Please anybody, are you able to assist me?
