I requested the product on 2/6/09; received it on 2/8/09 and had read the online reminder to cancel this product before 14 days after order or I would be charged a $69.95 monthly purchase charge. I named the 866 # on 2/11/09 was informed with a guy talking Language n/huge asian Indian highlight that their machines were along and he couldn't stop my purchase and also to call-back in 2-3 hours. I named my lender alternatively and also the customer support consultant was really acquainted with this fraud. She decided to return my unique price but insisted that I purchase a brand new money/charge card to ensure that I'd not be billed (like a lot of others) for extra/unauthorized charges. A but worthwhile to not need to trouble with this particular organization. Am delivering a duplicate of the criticism towards the Attorneygeneral of California. S. Livingston/Tx
