In Nov.'08 I requested a totally free test 15-day offer plus delivery/handling $5.95. Dec. 5, '08 the delivery was obtained from my bank account. Item wasn't delivered until Jan. 21, '09 and came having a 45-day offer plus a notice that mentioned "2 weeks from your own unique purchase day if you choose Acai Berries Maxx is correct for you personally, if you're experiencing Acai Berries Maxx, basically do nothing. About the 15th time you'll be charged a complete monthis offer (2 containers) of Acai Berries Maxx for that inexpensive of $79.96".
I received the free trial offer as well as the 30 days offer within the same bundle more then 45 days after my original purchase. To include insult to damage, 2 nights afterwards, Jan. 23rd, the $79.96 plus delivery totaling $85.96 was taken from my bill. I've the notice and presentation along side my bank info to copy my state.
Personally I think this can be a fraudulent and deceptive exercise by the corporation within an try to fraud customers. They must be fined from the postal support for scam and and billed by Web Consumer Fraud Providers.
