I ordered a free sample of Acai berry product which i recievedabout one month after putting in the order. I was not advised nor read anywhere that i would also be joining up for two / three other companies. The other company had no problem in refunding all my money. This one did. It gives you 2 different numbers to call, with rude agents, located somewhere in ASIA. Not sure where as they stated they were not allowed to give that information. Also they did not have any supervisors on the floor, as they were all in a meeting. Which i find very hard to believe as i was one for many years. The worst was the agents not knowing where i can write or fax a letter to anyone in the company. I would liek to be fully refunded the money that was charged to my account without my knowledge.
