It was an order on the web promoted the merchandise was free. So long as delivery of 3.95 was compensated. Our charge card was billed 3.95 on 12/16/08. This is actually the day it had been requested. The merchandise came on Jan. 1 along side my charge card record, by having an additional cost of 87.13. I named my charge card company and documented this. They stated they'd look after this unauthorized fee. They've since debited my charge card for another cost of 87.13. The initial item continues to be delivered back towards the organization. Please don't charge my work, nor deliver anymore items. I've attempted to make contact with you, without success.
