I had ordered the diet product not realizing that there was extra fees to along w / the product. I decided to try it out anyways but i immediately called to cancel the membership on it (because i afraid of any future charges). One month later i noticed on-line with my bank that they still withdrew from my account. I was furious, so when i tried to call customer service, i got the run around with all these different numbers and then soon to find out that there was several "different kinds" of this product. Etc: extreme, 500 & i don't know what else. It really frustrated me that there couldn't just be one customer service number to help customers, instead of being tossed around on the phone.
