My complaint—again—is the same as hundreds —or thousands—of others. I received items I did not order and was charged $44.85. I cannot get through by phone and have not received a reply by mail. I am telling my credit card company not to validate any more charges from this scam company and am planning to notify the Better Business Bureau also. If I do not hear anything soon, I am mailing the stuff back anyway—without the RMA, and I better not receive any more items or charges from your company.
