I ordered the trail and it never arrived
So I rang the customer service number - it just gives you an automated message and plays music - after 20 mins gave up
Tried again the next day and same story
You are suppose to cancel the oder by ringing but no one answers
According to the bank there is nothing that can be dome unless after 30days the product doesnt arrive and then you can get your money back
The order cant be cancelled until they have written to them but only when I have filled out the paperwork and fraud form s and in the meantime they can still take the money
Seems the only way is to close the bank account
