I submitted a complaint earlier and went back online to check my bank account, because I used a debit card, and noticed that another product that I ordered was also using the same customer service phone number. The name of the other product is Celebrity Smile and the product is a teeth whitening product. I am checking to see if I am going to have the same problem... Yes I am having the same problem and yes it is the same company!!! Go figure, the luck of ordering from a very dishonest company, TWICE, all in the same week. The only solution to keep from getting anymore charges is to cancel your card. Don't count on them being honest and not charging your card again. Read the other complaints and how they keep getting charged for unwanted stuff (CRAP). I do agree with the other complaints about contacting the attorney general in the state that the product was shipped from. Good luck!!!
