Unauthorized charges for product

I requested just the trial and not certified the purchase of regular acai real item. The corporation has continued to send me item and bill my account. I've tried to deal them by phone and email to no avail. I've returned the merchandise and need a refund on my account. I'd like others to know about the fraudulant procedures of the organization.
