Did no t get product and charged for something i did not order

I requested green tea extract severe for 1.00 pluss shipping 4.95. I HAD BEEN BILLED 38.95 for anything used to do not purchase. After I eventually got to a she said i didnt contact the refuse switch about the additional product used to do not need. I'd like my complete reimbursement for what I had been charged. A.S.A.P
