Charged to much money &did not order what i received

I just requested trial-size of green tea extract severe i obtained my pkg and that I had hoodia rush gum for$9.95 that used to do not purchase hoodia water 1 device for $29095 that we definantlt didn't purchase I acquired a back declaring that my cost wpuld be gharged $2.95 only noi need some reaction from somebody quickly t $42.85i can't obtain a reaction by telephone at-all or every other method I'm likely to the greater bosiness agency about that
